[POST] .../v1/operatingcash/delete
Deletes retail cash register. Use this destructive method to delete a retail cash register that should no longer be available for POS sessions or assignments. It requires a positive id and returns row_affected after the persistent layer checks whether removal is allowed. The caller must have operating cash delete permission; missing body, invalid id, denied access, related POS or assignment restrictions, missing records and storage errors are returned as HTTP 200 ErrorResult business errors.
