[POST] .../v1/paymenttype/delete
Deletes payment method. Use this destructive method to delete a payment method that should no longer be available for checkout or payment documents. It requires a positive id and returns row_affected after the persistent layer checks whether removal is allowed. The caller must have payment method delete permission; missing body, invalid id, denied access, related-record restrictions, missing records and storage errors are returned as HTTP 200 ErrorResult business errors.
