Troubleshooting tips
This section provides recommendations and step-by-step instructions for resolving problems that may occur when using the REGOS: VCR virtual cash register. We have collected common issues and solutions to help you deal with technical difficulties quickly and efficiently and continue working without delays. Follow these instructions to resolve most problems promptly.
705600 - API service error
REGOS: VCR automatically contacts the primary and available backup VCR Cabinet nodes. If the Internet connection could not be verified, check the network and retry the operation. If Internet access is available but VCR Cabinet is temporarily unavailable, retry later. REGOS: VCR does not need to be restarted.
701003 - Invalid input data (parameters.receipt.code already exists)
Since 27.08.2024, the virtual cash register has a setting that checks receipt uniqueness by code (the Receipt.code field). This message means that a receipt with this code has already been registered in the virtual cash register and sent to the OFD. If that is not the case, check the code or contact us for assistance.
701003 - Invalid input data (params.Receipt.positions.PackageCode not specified (name = ABC))
The product named name has no package code specified. Open the product editor and add a package code.
701003 - Invalid input data (params.Receipt.positions.PackageCode incorrect (name = ABC))
The product named name has an incorrect package code. Open the product editor and enter a valid package code.
701003 - Invalid input data (params.Receipt.positions.icps is null)
One of the products in the receipt that requires mandatory marking, such as cigarettes, alcohol, medicines, or household appliances, has no marking code specified. Find this product in the receipt and add its marking code by scanning it from the packaging.
701003 - Invalid input data (params.Receipt.positions.label is not valid)
Certain products, including alcohol, cigarettes, medicines, and household appliances, require mandatory digital marking. This error occurs if the marking code was entered incorrectly or was not scanned at all.
Check the following:
- The Windows input language must be ENG (English).
- Scan the two-dimensional DataMatrix marking code, which is square.
- If you cannot resolve the problem yourself, contact our technical service center (TSC) specialists.
704000 - Fiscal module error (65276 - bad refund info passed)
This error occurs when registering a refund receipt without attaching the sales receipt. The corresponding sales receipt must be attached to every refund receipt.
What to do:
- Cancel the current refund receipt.
- Create a new refund receipt and scan the QR code from the sales receipt.
- Add the products being returned to the receipt.
- Proceed to payment, specify the payment type, and close the receipt.
If you do not have the sales receipt, print a duplicate. Contact us for assistance if you do not know how to do this.
704000 - Fiscal module error (65279 - fiscal drive locked)
This error usually occurs if the annual fiscal module usage fee of 1 basic calculation unit (BRV) has not been paid to the Yangi Texnologiyalar Scientific Information Center. Pay 1 BRV to the center, wait a few hours, restart the computer, and launch the virtual cash register again.
704001 - Receipt limit without synchronization reached. Check the Internet connection and retry the operation
The cash register has reached the maximum number of receipts registered without synchronization with the server.
Restore the Internet connection and wait for synchronization to continue working. Then retry the operation. The virtual cash register does not need to be restarted.
704002 - No synchronization with the OFD. Check the Internet connection and retry the operation
The fiscal module has not synchronized with the OFD server. Restore a stable Internet connection, wait for synchronization, and retry the operation. The virtual cash register does not need to be restarted.
704041 - Receipts are being synchronized with the OFD. Retry the operation in 30 seconds
The virtual cash register has detected unsent receipts in the fiscal module memory and automatically started recovering them. Do not retry immediately: wait 30 seconds, then retry. The virtual cash register does not need to be restarted.
704009 - Cash register locked: ZReport memory full. Contact the TSC
The fiscal module memory is full; its capacity is limited. Contact our technical service center (TSC) to replace the fiscal module.
704015 - Cash register locked: ZReport discrepancy detected
There is a discrepancy in the Z-report data. Our specialist's assistance is required to resolve it. Contact our technical service center for diagnosis and correction.
704016 - Printer not found. Connect the printer and retry the operation
The virtual cash register could not establish a connection to the printer.
Make sure that the printer is connected to the computer through the USB port configured by our specialist. Check that it is switched on, its indicator lights are lit, and it has paper. Make sure the printer cover is firmly closed.
After resolving the cause, retry the operation. The virtual cash register checks the printer automatically; restarting the application is not required.
704017 - Fiscal module not found. Connect the module and retry the operation
FDA or FDS cannot detect the fiscal module.
Connect the module to a USB port, wait for the system to recognize it, and retry the operation. Restarting the virtual cash register is usually not required.
If the module is already connected and the error persists:
- Move the fiscal module to another USB port.
- Restart the FDA or FDS service in use.
- If the error persists, restart the computer.
If the error remains after several attempts, contact our support service for assistance.
704018 - Cash register locked. Data integrity violation. Contact the TSC
This error indicates a data integrity violation and cannot be resolved by the user.
What to do:
Contact our technical service center (TSC) specialists to resolve the problem.
704019 - Cash register locked: no synchronization with the time server for 24 hours (Establish an Internet connection)
The virtual cash register has not synchronized with the time server for more than 24 hours. An active Internet connection is required for correct operation. Check Internet access on your computer by opening any website, such as google.com. If the Internet connection works, restart the computer and launch the virtual cash register again.
704024 - Cash register locked: license blocked
The virtual cash register software is blocked. This most often happens because its version is outdated. Restart the computer and launch the virtual cash register again to begin the automatic update. If the error persists, contact our technical service center (TSC) specialists.
704030 - Mandatory marking code is invalid
Certain products, including alcohol, cigarettes, medicines, and household appliances, require mandatory digital marking. This error occurs if the marking code was entered incorrectly or was not scanned at all.
Check the following:
- The Windows input language must be ENG (English).
- Scan the two-dimensional DataMatrix marking code, which is square.
If you cannot resolve the problem yourself, contact our technical service center (TSC) specialists.
705020 - To perform the operation, connect the printer, check that paper is loaded and the printer cover is closed
The virtual cash register could not connect to the printer, so the sale or refund cannot be completed.
Check the following:
- The printer must be connected to the USB port configured by our specialist.
- It must be switched on; check the indicator lights.
- Paper must be loaded, and the printer cover must be fully closed.
If all these conditions are met, restart the computer and launch the virtual cash register again.
705400 - REGOS: VCR is already running
You have already started the REGOS: VCR virtual cash register. Look for its icon in the lower-right corner of the screen, next to the Windows clock. If it is not visible, click the up arrow to display hidden icons.
705510 - ICPS service error (One or more errors occurred)
The virtual cash register validates ICPS and package codes to ensure they are used correctly. This error may occur because of an Internet connection failure or another error during validation.
What to do:
- Check the Internet connection.
- Restart the virtual cash register.
- Try registering the receipt again.
If the error repeatedly occurs, contact our technical service center (TSC) specialists.
705510 - ICPS service error (503 - Service Unavailable)
The virtual cash register validates ICPS and package codes to ensure they are used correctly. This error may occur because of an Internet connection failure or another error during validation.
What to do:
- Check the Internet connection.
- Restart the virtual cash register.
- Try registering the receipt again.
If the error repeatedly occurs, contact our technical service center (TSC) specialists.
705011 - An Internet connection is required to start REGOS: VCR
A stable Internet connection is required for the REGOS: VCR virtual cash register to operate correctly. Check Internet access on your computer by opening any website, such as google.com. If an Internet connection is available but the cash register still does not start, restart the computer and try launching it again.
705511 - ICPS validation error. Ma'lumotlar bazasida xatolik
ICPS validation failed because the database at https://tasnif.soliq.uz/ is currently unavailable. Try registering the receipt again in a few minutes so that the virtual cash register can switch to the backup database. If the error persists, contact our technical service center for further assistance.
705721 - ClickPass service error (-15 - Invalid data signature string)
For security, ClickPass checks every request for a special signature. This error may result from an Internet connection failure or a time difference between your cash register and the ClickPass server.
What to do:
- Check the Internet connection.
- Restart the virtual cash register.
- Retry the payment in a few minutes.
705730 - Network error when executing a UzumPay API method (HTTP CODE: BadRequest)
Possible causes:
- An error on the UzumPay service side.
- An Internet connection failure while executing the request.
What to do:
- Check the Internet connection.
- Retry the payment in a few minutes.
- If the error persists, contact our technical service center specialists.
704043 — Marking code has already been sold on this cash register
Check the product's previous sale. If the product was actually returned, first process a refund against the original receipt. Do not alter the marking code representation to sell it again.
704044 — The result of the previous operation with the marking code is not confirmed
Do not repeat the sale or refund blindly. Check whether the previous fiscal receipt exists and contact the TSC to reconcile the operation's result. Restarting the application and waiting for receipts to be sent to the OFD do not, by themselves, remove the block.
704045 — Marking code belongs to another sale
Check the original receipt selected for the refund and the marking code of the item being returned. Use the receipt for the corresponding sale.
Fiscal module protection when using FDS
The status appears in the main window's bottom line and in the fiscal module service settings. Включена (Enabled) means that the lock is set and access has been verified. Выключена (Disabled) confirms that no lock is set; an existing cash register makes the next attempt to enable it at its next startup. Protection is mandatory before a new installation begins operating.
If access is not confirmed or the status has not been checked, check the FM connection and FDS availability, then start REGOS: VCR again. Do not delete protection settings or change the key to bypass the error. If the problem persists, contact the TSC to verify the module binding. An unknown key set previously is not replaced automatically.
After connectivity or POS authorization is restored, repeat the unfinished request with the same receipt code and contents. Do not create a new receipt to bypass the error: the previous registration may have completed even if its response was not received. During startup recovery, wait for the preparation window's current stage to finish.
When moving to another computer, the application restores the automatic POS protection key. For TLS, transfer the client certificate separately and restore its settings. Arbitrary keys set previously require the TSC's existing recovery procedure. The FM binding is removed on the OFD's command; reinstalling the application does not remove the lock.
Technical error diagnostics
When contacting the TSC, provide the application's serial number and the time of the error. REGOS: VCR sends technical error information with the installation's serial number; receipt contents and payment tokens are not included in these diagnostic events.
Cannot retrieve or print an X-report
If the message indicates a fiscal module error, check the module connection and retrieve the report again after the connection is restored. If the message indicates a missing or invalid template, contact the TSC to check the report printing template. Retry printing after the cause has been resolved.
