[POST] .../v1/customerpersonaldocument/removefile
Deletes file personal document customer. Use this destructive method to remove only the attached file from a customer's personal document while keeping the document value and document type record. The request requires customer_id and personal_doc_type_id and returns row_affected for the updated personal document record; after the database update succeeds, the linked CommonFile record is deleted. The method checks the current request user and requires customer personal document edit permission; missing body, missing identifiers, denied permission, missing document, missing file and storage errors are returned as HTTP 200 ErrorResult business errors.
