Technical requirements

The software and hardware requirements for REGOS: VCR are as follows:

  • Operating system: Windows 7/8/10/11. The OS must have the latest updates installed. Recommended OS: Windows 10/11;
  • .NET Framework version 4.6.2 is required;
  • Processor: x32 or x64, with a clock speed of 2 GHz or higher;
  • RAM: 2 GB or more;
  • Hard disk: 1 GB. The database size depends on the amount of data;
  • Monitor resolution of at least 1024×768;
  • The computer must be equipped with an uninterruptible power supply (UPS);
  • A permanent Internet connection with a speed of at least 1 Mbps;
  • Open ports in the firewall:
    • 123 (UDP) — date and time synchronization;
    • 80,443 — license verification.
  • A thermal printer with a receipt print width of at least 58 mm.
