Delete

[POST] .../v1/file/delete

Deletes a file from the system. Use this destructive method only after the caller has confirmed that a user-managed file should be removed from REGOS storage and from the backing CDN object. The request body is required and must include a positive id; the method returns row_affected = 1 when the database record is deleted successfully. Public calls cannot delete system files and can delete another user's file only when the caller has permission to work with all files; internal calls are restricted to system files unless the same broader permission applies. The caller must have file delete permission; missing body, invalid id, missing file, system file protection, another user's file without access, CDN deletion issues and database errors are returned as HTTP 200 ErrorResult business errors.
