Delete
[POST] .../v1/docpayment/delete
Deletes payment document. Soft-delete a payment document that was already marked with DocPayment/DeleteMark. The operation returns row_affected, sets the internal deleted flag entry, sends the DocPaymentDeleted webhook and requires delete permission for the current request user. It can be used only after deleted_mark is true and only while the payment is unposted; use DocPayment/DeleteMark first when the document is not yet marked. Missing body, invalid id, denied permission, disabled payment tariff, posted documents, missing documents, documents not marked for deletion, already deleted rows, storage errors and storage conflicts are returned as HTTP 200 ErrorResult.
