[POST] .../v1/retailreturnreason/delete
Deletes return reason. Use this destructive method to delete a retail return reason that should no longer be available for POS return workflows or selectors. It requires a positive id and returns row_affected after the persistent layer checks whether removal is allowed. The caller must have retail return reason delete permission; missing body, invalid id, denied access, related return restrictions, missing records and storage errors are returned as HTTP 200 ErrorResult business errors.
