[POST] .../v1/pos/chequeitemoperation/edit

Edits item positions in a cheque. Update a line in an unpaid cheque by uuid and return row_affected. Requires an accepted cash register, row edit permission for price changes or quantity-change permission otherwise. Recalculates automatic promotions and removes discounts whose conditions no longer match. Business errors return HTTP 200 ErrorResult.
