Model that describes a tech map operation.

| order | Int64 | Operation order inside the document. Missing database values are returned as 0. Returns 0 for database versions earlier than 407. |
| part_cost | Decimal | Percentage component in the item cost. Used only for disassembly tech map documents. |
| quantity | Decimal | Item quantity. |
